Our products are conveniently categorised by product type and concern. For example, if you are an individual suffering from hair loss, simply click on "hair loss" under the Hair category, and browse the various products available. Once you are in the products listing page, you may further filter the products by brand or by type.
If you are still unsure of your skin/hair/health condition, fret not! She will assist you with product recommendation and any further advice you may require.

Our products generally have a shelf life of 1 to 3 years. The expiration date will be indicated on the packaging when you receive it.
Products expiring within 1 year (+/-) are still good to use and our customers are generally able to finish using the product in less than 1 year.
For clearance sales products with expiration date of less than 6 months, we will indicate the expiration date on the product page so that it will be made known to you before purchase.
As a general rule, we recommend that you consult with your doctor before starting on any products if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Certain products from brands like Eau Thermale Avene, Klorane, and A-Derma are formulated for babies and children. These will be indicated in the product description.

Orders & Shipping
In general, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and packed by the next day. It will be picked up by our local courier partner the following day and delivered to you within 1 to 3 days.

We work with a last mile delivery partner, Qxpress, to deliver your orders. All deliveries are subject to Qxpress' guidelines and schedule.
Qxpress delivers every day, except Sundays, eve of public holidays and public holidays.
No, we only provide shipping locally within Singapore.
Shipping fees are $4 per parcel per location. Free shipping is available for orders $60 and above.
*Shipping fees are subject to change in the event our last mile delivery partner revises their rates.

In general, once you have made payment, you will receive an order confirmation email to notify you. You will also receive a notification email once we have prepared and shipped your order.

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately via the Whatsapp live chat below.
However, we regret to inform you that it may not be possible to cancel or make any changes once your order has been shipped out.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Do check your items immediately upon receiving it. If your product is damaged, please contact us immediately or within 3 days of receiving the parcel. We may ask you to take a photograph of the item as proof of damage, in order to decide on the next course of action. We will then provide you with further instructions for exchange or replacement.
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by clicking on the live Whatsapp chat button below.
If your order has not been shipped out, we will be able to cancel and provide a refund. However, if your order has already been shipped out, we may not be able to cancel it. You may return the product within 3 days of receiving it and get a refund, minus the original shipping cost. However you may also be required to bear the return shipping cost.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund for products that have been opened and used.
