Prolonged exposure to UVB rays leads to sunburns. UVA rays travel more deeply into the skin than UVB rays, but can affect your skin’s health.

When UV rays enter skin cells, they upset delicate processes that affect the skin’s growth and appearance.

Over time, exposure to both UVA and UVB rays cause skin to loss elasticity. Skin can even thicken and feel leathery, wrinkled, or even thinned like tissue paper.

How to apply sunblock:
Apply liberally to all parts of the body requiring protection, before sun exposure. Reapply frequently for continued protection, especially after sweating, swimming or after towel-drying skin. Avoid sun exposure between 11 am and 4 pm.
